Naya (Arabic: نايا; born 11 April 1992, in Lebanon)^[3] is a Lebanese singer. She was born to the Daw (Daou) family in El Qrayeh, Lebanon. In 2009, Eli Dib introduced her to the Arabic music scene.

Recording career

2008–2009: Melody record and Batmana

In 2008 Naya signed a recording contract with Melody Music. Her first single, "Batmanna" was released alongside a music video, directed by Fadi Haddad. Soon after her initial success, Naya and her manager, Yasser Zayed, faced legal issues. These legal issues caused her to postpone working, causing her to gradually disappear from the Arabic music scene.

Naya signed a contract with Melody music for production and distribution, a New Single titled ” Batmanna ” along with its new video clip with director Fadi Haddad.
…Soon after her short lived success, she was faced with legal complications involving her previous Egyptian manager Yasser Zayed with whom she still had an ongoing contract.
Because of that Naya’s other works were postponed, and she gradually disappeared from the scene. In Nov 2010, Naya”s contract with Yasser was finally broken off after the case was settled in court.
Marsh 2011 naya released a New Khaliji song called “Ghira” with a new video clip with director Bassam Turk .
“Ghira” had a huge success in the arab world therefore Naya was invited to perform live in the tv show “hek mnghanne” on Mtv & Mbc and singed many songs one of them “mama ya mama” For Georges Wassouf .
