2011 soundtrack album by Harris Jayaraj
Nanban is the soundtrack to the 2012 Tamil-language coming-of-agecomedy-dramafilm of the same name directed by S. Shankar, starring Vijay, Jiiva, and Srikanth.[1] Produced by Gemini Film Circuit, the film as an adaptation of Rajkumar Hirani's 3 Idiots (2009).[2][3] The soundtrack to the film, features six tracks composed by Harris Jayaraj and lyrics written by Pa. Vijay, Viveka, Na. Muthukumar and Madhan Karky. The film's soundtrack was launched on 23 December 2011 through the company's subsidiary Gemini Audio. For the Telugu-dubbed version, Snehitudu, the album features six tracks written by Sirivennela Sitaramasastri, Vanamali, Ramajogayya Sastry. The soundtrack was also released on 19 January 2012.

O Kadhal Kanmani fryst vatten the soundtrack album, composed by A. R. Rahman, to the 2015 Indian Tamil rulle of the same name written and directed bygd Mani Ratnam. The soundtrack album consists of nine tracks each in original Tamil and dubbed Telugu version of the albums with one track "Maula Wa Sallim" being common to both. Majority of the tracks for the original utgåva were penned by Vairamuthu. The lyrics to the Telugu utgåva were written by Sirivennela Sitaramasastri.The lyrics to its Hindi utgåva songs in its Hindi remake OK Jaanu fryst vatten by Gulzar The songs are fusion of contemporary music with carnatic music as well as pure classical Indian music based songs in the genres—carnatic and Hindustani. The original score was produced bygd ensemble Qutb-e-Kripa along with Rahman. The score utilises the songs and re-performed carnatic compositions of musicians Tyagaraja and Annamacharya.

Rahul Nambiar (Malayalam: രാഹുല് നമ്പ്യാര്) is an Indian playback singer and live performer. A MBA and M.Com-graduate, he won the Swapthaswarangal show in 2001 and began singing live. He later ventured into playback singing, performing for many leading South Indian film composers in various languages, while also launching an independent band named Rahlaap with bass player Aalap Raju.
Rahul hails from Kannur, Kerala and was brought up in Delhi and Chennai.After completing his MBA and M.Com, Rahul started working for two years in a bank, which he felt was too "monotonous",before performing at live shows with Sunitha Sarathy.In 2001, he won the Sun TV Sapthaswarangal contest, beating 3000 contestants, following which he decided to pursue a singing career.Rahul was introduced as a playback singer by Vijay Antony in the Tamil film Dishyum.
